To get started, press ‘See What You Can Earn’ or ‘Sell with Clovis’, then choose your drop-off store and the number of items you’re bringing.
2. Pack your Items
Fold the items neatly and place them in a bag that can securely hold everything without tearing.
Place the printed PDF sheet on top of your clothing inside the bag. If a drop-off slip is missing, the bag will not be accepted. You will just need to print the slip and bring it back to the store.
3. Drop off at the Store
Bring your bag to the store you selected on your form.
Hand it directly to a staff member so they can set it aside for Clovis collection.
4. We Collect and Ship
The store will gather all customer bags into a larger shipping box.
We provide the store with a prepaid shipping label, and the box is sent directly to our Clovis processing center.
5. We Sort, Price, and Photograph
At our processing center, our team inspects each item for quality, sets competitive prices, and photographs them for online sale.
Once approved, your items are listed on our partnered marketplaces.
6. Earn Store Credit
When an item sells, you receive 50% of the profit as store credit, exclusively at the store where you dropped it off.
You can redeem your store credit at checkout by showing your QR code, either from your SMS message or in your Clovis account under “My Clovis.”
7. Unsold Items
Any items that do not sell within 90 days will be donated to one of our partner charities, ensuring they are given a second life and benefit those in need.
